Owner & Founder, Dr. Kimberlyn Cahill is an E-RYT-500 (experienced, registered 500-level yoga teacher), a RPYT (registered prenatal yoga teacher, and a CEU provider with Yoga Alliance. In addition to weekly yoga therapy public practices offered in studio, virtually and via a virtual library of recorded practices, she offers yoga certification in aerial, therapeutic and prenatal training. Additionally, Kimberlyn holds a Doctorate in Leadership which she integrates with her unique coaching philosophy, Transparent Alignment, to equip yoga practitioners in living their best lives.
