Kaak Dough Technology
Kaak has been gaining knowledge and experience in the field of bakery technology since 1846, ranging from stand-alone machines to an integrated approach for complex and automated bakery lines. Every day, we use the expertise we have built up over the years to ensure that your expectations are met and exceeded - from silo to truck.
This YouTube channel provides you with movies about our machines, their technology and their output, f.e. bread, rolls, baguettes, panettone and pizza.
The main focus at Kaak lies on dough quality and gentle dough handling – during dough dividing or moulding, for example. The role model for our high-quality machines is the manual artisanal processing method, which is reproduced using modern mechanical engineering and control technology suitable for every bakery large or small.
